On the border of Vienna’s 1st district – between the Börse and Servitenviertel districts near the Ringstrasse – two neighboring Wilhelminian-style buildings were joined floor by floor. The 60-meter-long front and the newly constructed roofs with large skylights emphasize the connection between the two buildings. The approximately 5,500 m2 of connected modern office space impresses with its imposing ceiling height and classic old building flair. The extensive opening of the entrance area made it possible to create a prestigious foyer. The ground floor was designed as a commercial space across all buildings. Flexibility and sustainability were the focus of the future-oriented planning concept. This allows for single-tenant use as well as small-scale letting.
