In keeping with EHL’s company motto, “We live real estate,” the office on Rathausstraße in Vienna is designed as a place for exchange, interaction, and well-being. People and therefore “life” itself are at the heart of the design concept. An atrium with open communication areas and tea kitchens creates space for spontaneous encounters. The concept is complemented by three individually designed meeting rooms for internal discussions. Wooden and carpeted floors, wallpaper, and warm lighting create a welcoming, residential atmosphere. The work areas consist of offices accommodating one to eight employees, enabling focused work while offering a high level of comfort and quality of stay. For external meetings, the office provides three large and three small conference rooms.
