Luxury apartments
In a downtown late 19th century building, several apartments were adapted into high-end residences while simultaneously restoring the ground-floor and shops. In the entry area, the doorman´s desk forms a remarkable sculptural accent. In keeping the typical details of the buildings designed by Theophil von Hansen intact, the flats were gently given elegant modern accents and improved functionality, integrating sanitary fittings and custom-made individual objects.
