The existing building was demolished and fully rebuilt over the four-storey underground garage. 74 new residential units were created with private open spaces. The shell is structured by the moulding; the unobtrusive facade is an answer to the elegant architecture in Jacquingasse, the neighboring landmarked Hotel Daniel (also reconstructed by Atelier Heiss) and the historic ambiance of the Belvedere.
