Adaption and Extension of a Villa
A villa adapted for office purposes was restored to residential use. An eccentric detail, the garage behind the façade, was rebuilt. The installation of a glass wall produced a ground-level axis view through the entire house into the garden. The constructional closing of a loggia solved structural problems of lighting and floor plan. From here, you also have a view of the new garden pavilion at the end of the garden.
