21 new elevator towers make the newly created top floor accessible, the apartments of which are characterized by full-height dormer windows with terraces in between. In addition, the 200 existing residential units are upgraded by balconies. This horizontal and vertical structuring of the East and West facade as well as the sheet-metal application of the new top floor is an improvement not only for the orientation within the residential complex, but constitutes an upgrade of the surrounding neighborhood.
